£50,000 + £5k car or Freelance
£180 – £220 per day
CIS or LTD allowed

The client is an innovative contractor who has taken over the market and is one of the leading entities out there., Health & safety and brand value are hugely important to this client. They are broken into various specialist divisions and are one of the best in the market in all. They are taking over the market with a storm. Definitely a good company to get in with whether you are working freelance or permanent

The company has an immediate requirement for an Site manager to work on a new build residential project consisting of 20 house's. We are looking for a number 1 site manager to run the project from start to finish.

The Manager be / have:
• Track record of working on New build residential schemes
• Can hit the ground running
• Team player but able to work on own initiative where required
• Good eye for detail and is strong on finishes
• Great quality assurance skills
• Health and Safety focused

Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
