Refurb and Residential

I am currently working with a builder in south Buckinghamshire who are looking for a project manager. They predominantly do refurbishments, pre renovation and residential.

* Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role

* Must hold a current SMSTS or associated NVQ/First aid at work course and CSCS card

* Experienced in managing projects/site costs along with people supervision

* Timely and effective delivery of programmes within budget

* Health and Safety knowledge of regulations/legislation/investigations

* Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with confident communications skills
