Site Manager – New Build Timber Frame Housing – Buckinghamshire

Position: Site Manager – Housing – New Build – Timber Frame

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: To £60k + Package + Bonus

Site Manager required by leading residential contractor to manage the build of 224 houses reporting to a Project anager.

Company Overview: Our client is a leading contractor with a full order book. They deliver affordable and private housing in the South East and pride themselves on the quality of their end product and customer satisfaction.

Project: Their client has secured planning permission for 850 units in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire for which the 2nd phase of 224 units is due to start in July.

Position: We require a Senior Site Manager to manage this phase of the project. This units are traditions brick construction and the project is being carried out on a Design & Build contract.

Individual: The successful individual will be no.2 on this phase and be fully responsible for the site set up through to successful delivery and hand over while reporting to a Project Manager.

You will have a good track record of delivering new build housing schemes, Timber Frame experience is essential
