An experienced Site Manager needed for a 4-12 weeks contract in Milton Keynes. Please note that this an immediate requirement.

As a SM we are looking for someone with preferably modular build and groundworks background to look after the ongoing installation works and managing the subcontractors. As a SM you must be someone who can hit the ground running and is used to working to deadlines. Desired candidate will have experience taking projects from demo / groundwork's stage.

Essential:
– Minimum 5 years experience as a SM, preferably experience being a No1 on site
– Good technical knowledge and administrative skills (produce weekly reports)
– Previous experience with modular build
– SMSTS / Black CSCS card /First aid

Day to day duties:
– Toolbox talks
– Management of subcontractors
– Ensure all works being carried out adhere to company H&S policies
