1. 10 years experience in construction, majority of years in years in site management

2. Looking to move into PM role (or already be a PM) then CM in the near further

3. Has sound build knowledge, can coordinate basic design, chair a subcontractor progress meeting and speak to the client

4. Takes health and safety seriously: Understands that pedestrian walkways must be in place

5. Can build and issue basic short term programmes, understands a gant chart

6. Ideally care home and residential experience

7. Basically someone who can run a £10 million pound job as No.1 and wants to move up, someone who is a driver and who can pull together the design, procurement and site management to achieve the programme and the budget

8. Is commercial and contractually aware
