I am currently in need of a Site Manager to join a Buckinghamshire based main contractor who specialise within the commercial, healthcare & residential sectors. The project consists of is 17 new build houses & Apartments private sale in Milton Keynes.

Key duties will be –

Management of subcontractors
Short term programming
Be able to lead on H&S
Manage Q/A and LogisticsEssential experience needed –

New Build & Refurbishment Residential experience
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifiedMy client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and looking to start the position ASAP.
