Site Manager – Residential Developer
Milton Keynes
£50k – £60k plus car allowance

Our client, are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across a number of regions, are recruiting for a Site Manager. This particular build is all timber frame, it's essential you've worked on a site similar for a minimum of 3 years.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervising and overseeing sub-contractors
• Ensuring that the specifications and requirements are met
• Management of sub-contractors
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
