Our Client an external maintenance and commercial landscaping company are looking for a Site Manager for a 3-month contract with an immediate start.

They have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager who will be based in Milton Keynes Bucks and reporting to the Contracts Manager.

Duties

* To lead the job and drive forward to completion

* Overall responsibility of 20 or so site personnel and to include sub-contractors

* Pick up drawings and read off the specification

* HSQE involvement

* Office paperwork and computer work

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience working on commercial projects

* SMSTS

* CSCS (Ideally Gold or Black)

* First Aid

* Cable avoidance tool experience and Genny competence

* Experience of earth works

* Large variation in size, method of construction and design

Monday – Friday 7:30am – 16:30pm

Possible Saturday 8:00am – 13:00pm

Day/hourly rate is negotiable and dependant on experience
