Site Manager Job in Buckinghamshire
Healthcare refurbishment (Hospital)

Rate circa £250 / £280 p/day (subject to experience)

This traditional main contractor carries out new build, refurbishment and fit-out work across various sectors. Typical project sizes are around £2-3m with the biggest being just under £6m.

The company has a requirement for a Site Manager with a healthcare background.

The project:
·£1.75m 2-phase project (running concurrently): refurbishment / fit-out of empty wards within a live hospital.
·Fast pace
·7 days a week

Key Site Manager attributes:
·Minimum of four years' site management experience
·Proven track record of delivering refurbishment / fit-out projects in the built environment as a No1 on site
·Co-ordinate and manage all site-based work streams on your own accord in-line with the Programme of Works and with the guidance of the Project Management team.

Role / Must have:
·Reporting to the Project Management team
·Proven experience as a successful Site Manager on healthcare or NHS refurbs
·Proven track record of success on building refit and refurb construction projects.
·Self-motivation
·Confident communicator (with contractors and end user client) whilst maintaining company vision and values
·Willing to work overtime as this project is fast track
·SMSTS / First Aid / PASMA / CSCS Black Card desirable but not essential
