I am currently representing an excellent main contractor with a turnover of circa £220m per annum. They have a very strong work pipeline and are a specialist in projects across the Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors.
My client have ambitions to reach £300m + turnover in the coming years, with that said the opportunity for progression within the business is very strong.
The Project
• £20m Logistics Facility – Milton Keynes
My client would like the succcesful candidates to carry out the fit out of a warehouse scheme in Milton Keynes before moving on to a brand new project in Milton Keynes also. They have recently won three new projects in this area.
