Site Manager – Northern Home Counties – £55K to £60K depending on experience

* Site Manager with the ability to deliver new build housing projects.

* You will join a leading UK Housebuilder that specialises in bespoke, rural location developments.

* The development is made up of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses.

* As Site Manager you will report into a Director and have full responsibility for the site from setup to handover.

* Working to a generous build programme that allows quality over quantity and acceptable time scales.

Candidate specification

* My client is looking to appoint a Site Manager with experience on residential projects.

* You must demonstrate a stable career background.

* You must have a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

* Friendly, professional, self-motivated, career driven.

* Ideally living within one hours commute of Milton Keynes, you will be covering sites within Northern Home Counties.
