Site Manager – freelance start immediately

Our client is a main contractor specialising in fit out and refurbishment. They are seeking a Site Manager for a long term contract on going until xmas

The project is a £4m university fit out and refurbishment which will include external works and internal alterations and an element of new build

This will suit a Site Manager with commercial new build and refurbishment experience with CSCS and SMSTS, the ability to manage site teams and have a presence on site is essential as is a dedication to Health and Safety / attention to detail. You will be able to start immediately
