About Our Client:

This is a medium sized Main Contractor who I have worked with for over 5 years. They typically deliver residential projects both new build developments and one off, prime residential refurbishments. On occasions they do also deliver industrial units, so have a broad mix. Project values typically range from £500k to £20m. They have been established nearly 30 years and grown steadily and sensibly to make sure they can look after staff and clients alike. The company have a solid order book moving forwards and due to growth now require this position. The business has a low staff turnover which suggests employees enjoy working for them.

The Role:

This is 17 new build houses from start to finish. You will be involved from day one and be able to set up site how you require. You will meet with external consultants when required and deal with every aspect. The project programme is 40 weeks so you will have a run of work well in to 2022. You could be from a Developer or Contractor background but you must have undertook similar projects in recent years, from start to finish. Knowledge of local trades would be an advantage.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

* Worked as a No.1 on site delivering residential projects of at least 10 units.

* Delivered projects from start to finish

It is desirable to have:

* Knowledge of local trades

* Experience in both new build and refubishments
