Roofing Site lead required to help deliver on a key commercial construction project in the Milton Keynes area.

Kingsley Consulting are working with a highly respected and profitable Roofing Contractor to identify an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor with a strong, proven background within the Roofing industry to manage the day-to-day site activities ensuring the smooth running of the contract works.

The projects are all based around the Milton Keynes region so someone who is based in this area is sought and technical roofing project knowledge (Flat Roofing Systems) is required.

Day rate: £220-£250 per day or £45K
Start date: Immediate
Duration: 4 Months (to include potential follow-on Projects within the Group for up to 2 years)
Will be working on site Monday – Friday

Role overview –
Maintain Health and Safety on site
Carry out Site Inductions
Open and set up site as well as ensuring site is secure at the end of the day
Ensure works are being carried out to specification
Coordinating material deliveries and supply of materials
Effectively dealing with any site issues that may arise.

Requirements –
SMSTS (REQUIRED)
Previous experience as a Senior Site Supervisor / Site Manager
Flat Roofing Project experience required
