Site Manager – Façade installation

i-texo recruitment are currently looking for enthusiastic and organised Site Manager to join our clients team based on a project in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for providing essential site supervision / management of the Façade installation on this project and work closely with key figures including the main contractor and other sub-contractors.

Duties and responsibilities

* Ordering materials

* Coordinating enabling works and labour

* Health and safety competent

* SMSTS and CSCS cards

* Computer Literate, outlook, excel, Dropbox, photos etc

* Experienced in Façade installation

* Implementing programme of works

* Completing paperwork in line with Client and business requirements

You have an up-to-date CSCS card and SMSTS to be considered and First aid/manual handling/IPAF/Pasma tickets would be look at favourably
