Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager, for their large residential development in Milton Keynes. You will be working on a residential scheme consisting of 400 units, all timber frame construction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager on-site, out on site and assisting with documentation in the office, managing works and sub-contractors on site. You will predominantly be focusing on internals, taking units from groundworks through to completion.

Candidates must have experience working on Timber Frame developments, alongside having to of worked for a high volume UK House builder.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
