Fawkes and Reece have been approached to provide a site manager to take lead on a £25 million project for a tier 1 main contractor. Reporting into the project manager, you will be his right hand man and number two on the job.

The project will be a new build, mixed use development in Buckinghamshire, requiring a highly skilled and experienced site manager, who is able to oversee its build from foundation to finish.

Roles + Duties

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, from site setup to completion.
You will be responsible for liaising with the client/ project manager to ensure that the project is running in accordance with the plans in place.
You will be responsible for the adherence of health and safety on site, ensuring everyone has signed RAMS.
You will be responsible for liaising with trades and labour on site, ranging from groundworks to scaffolders.

Skills + Qualifications needed
CSCS Card
SMSTS Certification

Duration: This position will be a freelance role with an expected duration of 6 months

The ideal candidate will be confident with exceptional leadership skills, organisational skills, and previous experience working for a main contractor on new build education projects.
