Site Manager

You will be responsible for the delivery of education, commercial and residential projects with values up to £500k. Liaising with clients, managing sub-contractors and the overall on-site progress of the project.

Our client are a smaller contractor specialising in new build and refurbishment construction projects, deploying a diverse range of skills on varied contract types. Project sectors range from education, residential and commercial with values up to £500k currently.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role you must;

• Have at least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager projects with similar values in similar sectors
• Be fully IT literate and hold SMSTS, First Aid and Black CSCS Card
• Preferably be able to demonstrate longevity of service

Duration

This is a permanent role.

Location

Our client are based in Milton Keynes and all projects are local.

Pay rate

£40k – £50k per annum plus car allowance
