Elm Site are currently looking for a Site Manager with complete fit out experience for once of our contractors.

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience of site management.

SMSTS is a must.

The ideal candidate will have the following previous experience;

• Managing site labour and sub-contractors.

• Liaising with clients, local authorities and stakeholders. • Conducting site inductions, issuing RAMs and permits.

• Managing the process through to handover. Candidates will only be considered if they have; • A stable career history.

• Experience running Cat A & Cat B fit-out projects up to circa £3m. • Previous experience working on a fast tracked projec
