About Our Client:

They are a top 10 volume housebuilder who have multiple regional offices. The business delivers over 10,000 homes per year and consistently maintain a 5* status. This regional office undertakes projects in North West London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Due to the geographical area covered, this company deliver timber frame, traditional build and RC Frame projects so exposure to different built types is available.

The Role:

This is working on a traditional build, greenfield project delivering 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses. Initially you will assist with finishing the current phase, which is the internals of 25 units. The next phase you will be involved from ground up, thus exposing you to all stages of the build. You will report into the site based Project Manager and undertake a variety of duties from site inductions through to customer care. You will have the chance to build a career and progress to reach your potential.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

* Vast experience working as an Assistant Site Manager, or ideally Site Manager for a residential developer.

* All relevant certificates, First Aid, CSCS (Black) & SMSTS

It is desirable to have:

* Worked as a Site Manager for a volume housebuilder.

* A trade background or further related education such as a Construction Management degree.
