I am recruiting for a Site Manager to be number 1 on site, managing a residential project consisting of 100 residential units.

The role is based in the Buckinghamshire area.

This is a traditional build housing project, consisting of 2,3, and 4 bed houses.

Experience of working on this type of project is essential if you are applying for this role.

Initially this is a freelance role paying a competitive day rate, but long-term my client is looking to make a permanent offer.

Responsibilities:

* Preparation of aims and objective

* Formulation of procedures

* Preparation and delivery of strategic briefs

* Formulation of and delivery of risk management strategy

* Value management report /option appraisal report

* Development and maintenance of risk register and latest risk analysis

* Time and resource planning

* Coordination and monitoring of Site Investigation

* Equipment strategy report

* Preparation of financial and progress reports for client meetings.

* Planning of logistics relating to construction

Requirements:

*CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid (all valid and in date)

* Experience of working as a Number 1 Site Manager on traditional build residential projects from ground works to handover
