Site Manager £50-55k DOE
There is an exciting opportunity to join a expanding region for a highly rated Developer, Site Based Milton Keynes Area, new site anticipated start date March 21 subject to COVid etc.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a construction development site, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient and cost effective works at all times, while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service are delivered within the given timescales. As part of your role you will manage the day to day running of the development and provide clear director to those working on the development regarding their responsibilities and achieving targets. In addition to this you will manage and implement health and safety procedures and work closely with the Regional Health and Safety Managers to ensure that all aspects of health and safety are adhered too. Strong motivation skills, supporting and managing directly employed employees will also be an important element of your role.The ideal Site Manager candidate will already be working as a Site Manager for a house-builder and will have a CSCS card and achieved their L6 NVQ in Construction Management or equivalent.
