Site Manager

You will be responsible for delivering commercial fit out projects up to the value of £3m.

Company Information

Our client specialise in commercial new builds and refurbishments. Over 15 years they have developed a reputation for delivering projects to the highest standard and managing the entire construction lifecycle, from inception to aftercare. They also deliver industrial, M+E, HVAC and Civil Engineering projects.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role you must;

• Have extensive experience managing commercial refurbishments, conversions and fit outs
• Have SMSTS and Black CSCS Card
• Be able to demonstrate longevity of service

Duration

This is a permanent role.

Location

Our client are based in Milton Keynes.

Salary

£50k – £60k per annum plus package
