Overview of the Site Manager role
With the first phase of this development due out of the ground this is a great opportunity to join a project where the first foundations are about to be laid on site. With an excellent tradition of achieving high standards this developer is just missing the final cog in the wheel of its site team as they look to build 100 traditional build units.
Your key duties as Site Manager
✔ Lead a site that is producing traditional build properties
✔ Ensuring quality and NHBC standards
✔ Keep strong control on material levels
✔ Running a site that consists of a mix of Houses
✔ Schedule and co-ordinate labour and trades
✔ Monitor production costs and the site build programme
✔ Benefit from a proactive site team who will actively support you to deliver the build programme
✔ Work closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer relations
Key experiences you should have as Site Manager
✔ Proven history of delivering a construction programme
✔ Be a great communicator with the ability to lead site teams
✔ Excellent knowledge of the construction process of housebuilding
✔ Find proactive solutions to issues on site utilising the full company support systems
✔ Great customer service skills and the ability to deliver on new homeowners’ expectations
