Site Manager**

This Site Manager role is with one of the UK’s leading main contractors and operates primarily in industrial and commercial space with projects ranging in value from £5 – £100m.

The Role

The projects that you will be managing are brand new distribution centres. For this role it is essential that you have previous experience of working on distribution/logistics schemes. Steel frame experience is also essential and along with your team you will be responsible for managing the site in its entirety including:

* Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.

* Develop and monitor strategies to deliver a quality build

* Manage the client expectations and take a professional and considerate approach.

* Manage the supply chain and ensure effective implementation to deliver the project on time.

* Manage the operational aspects of the project to achieve the budget

* Review performance against targets and identify and manage potential risks and opportunities

* Lead and motivate the project team deliver the project

* Manage project handover and ensure defect /snag free completion
