Site Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a new build luxury development. You will help set up the site including all processes and procedures and run through to completion. My client specialise in high end properties.

The Opportunity

An opportunity for a Site Manager to join a growing business who focus on high end residential properties. 

Job Description

Manage the day to day running of the site as Site Manager

Complete the full project from site set up, groundworks through to completion.

Drive & Manage sub contractors, trades and labour on site

Health and Safety

RAMS 

Liase with NHBC

Ensure project is running to programme

Report any issues that need to be arranged 

Skills / Qualifications

Experience working for a House Builder or main contractor on housing projects

Experience working on high specification developments would be beneficial

Traditional build housing 

Trade background would be beneficial 

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid needed 

NVQ / Degree beneficial
