Freelance Site Manager – House Builder

Alice Rose are partnered with a major house builder in their search for an experienced Site Manager for a project in Milton Keynes.

The Role:

The position is for a Freelance Site Manager with strong traditional build residential experience. You will join an experienced site team reporting in to a Project Manager. The initial opportunity is for 8 Months, but there is potential for an extended duration and possibly the option to go Permanent.

The project consists of 180+ residential units all traditional build.

The ideal candidate would have strong residential experience having previously worked for a developer.
