A unique and luxury house builder are looking to appoint a Site Manager to join their independent and privately owned company. Recognised for designing and constructing high-end residences in desirable locations across the Home Counties and surrounding areas.

It is essential that you have had experience of building luxury, boutique homes due to the nature of the pace of work and the demands of providing a quality finish to these bespoke houses.

You will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the project from inception to completion. Coordinating labour, materials and resources on site and approving payments to trades and contractors. Managing quality control procedures and inspections as and when required as well as the planning and programming to ensure the build process is on track for the assigned deadline.
