My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a cladding replacement scheme in the Northern Home Counties.

The successful Site Manager will be starting back end of next week, you will be overseeing the replacement of combustible cladding with new approved cladding.

Initially this Site Manager role is being offered on a freelance basis but could go permanent further down the line. Day rate is negotiable on CIS basis.

To be considered for this Site Manager position you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. If you have specific cladding replacement experience that would be ideal, but any experience managing cladding packages is essential.
