Site Manager

Freelance – To £300 a day

6 months or Temp to Perm

Our client is an award winning residential developer who are expanding in the Northern and Southern Home Counties.

Due to a number of new sites starting, we are looking for a Site Manager with Timber Frame experience to join the team on a 300 unit+ development in Milton Keynes.

There are a range of high end houses and coach houses being constructed, mainly in Timber Frame, but with some Traditional Build too.

The contract will be for 6 months but there is an opportunity to join permanently too. The project will run for at least 3 years with other planned in the region after.

Experience of Timber Frame House building is required along with CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications. A Pride in the Job Award would also be very beneficial
