Site Manager – New Build – Olney – Contract – One Week – Up to £26 Per Hour

Site Manager. Our client, a regional contractor specialising in New Build Residential & Care projects throughout the South-East of England and further afield, are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to cover on their ongoing site in Olney, MK46.

In order to be suitable for this role, you must have previous experience of working as a Site Manager, and ideally have previous experience of working on New Build Residential/Care Projects, ideally within the Residential sector. Working as part of the site team, you will be responsible for management of the site during this period and will be the Lead Manager on site, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, therefore completely involved with day-to-day delivery of the project as required, with duties including delivering inductions, checking and signing off RAMS, monitoring progress against the site programme, amending as required and undertaking site standard reviews.

Our client are a fantastic medium sized contractor, who offer brilliant opportunities within their organisation for further roles within the organisation. You must hold a valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS as a minimum – any further training Qualifications/Certificates that you hold would be benificial.
