Site Manager – Traditional & Timer Frame residential

Got a solid history of delivering residential projects?

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work on a large residential scheme in Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes, Bucks
Start date: ASAP (Sept ideally)
Permanent role

A successful and growing residential developer who specialise in large housing developments across the South East and Midlands
Building a mixture of traditional build and timber frame houses and apartment schemes The project

Multi phase circa 300 unitsQualifications required:

CSCS Management Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
Scaffold Inspection (preferred but not essential)
Temporary Works Coordinator (preferred but not essential)Skill set:

Good level of I.T literacy with Microsoft office suite and programming
software packages (Asta Power Projects, MS Project, Project Commander).
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and encourage others to work in the best interests of the
project, the organisation and their client.What do next
