Role Overview:

We have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager on a permanent basis to join a site in Aylesbury. Our client is a well-respected national housing developer, with a strong pipeline of work. The Site Manager will be working on a project consisting of 3,4 and 5 bedroom traditional build houses and apartments. This is a project that is already currently underway but they are now looking to add to their team to help drive this project through to completion. You will be joining a strong team of both senior and project managers where you will be able to developer your skills as a manager.

Once this project is completed they already have another much larger project lined up for the successful candidate to move onto.

Key Responsibilities:

* Extensive site management experience & skills

* Strong personality

* Knowledge of and experience on housing development sites

* Strong stints with reputable developers/contractors

* Track record of managing projects from cradle to grave

* CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, First Aid at Work

* Microsoft Office understanding
