Site Manager – Tradition & Timer Frame

Got a solid history of delivering residential projects?

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work on a large residential scheme in Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes, Bucks
Start date: ASAP
Duration: circa 6 months
Pay rate: £ neg

A main contractor with an excellent reputation with its clients, supply chain and staff and a proven track record of delivering high quality new build, refurbishment and fit out projects across the industrial, retail, logistics and
commercial sectors.The project

You will oversee two blocks of apartments underneath an experienced Project Manager
Residential scheme
Mix of traditional and timber frame projectQualifications required:

CSCS Management Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
Scaffold Inspection (preferred but not essential)
Temporary Works Coordinator (preferred but not essential)Skill set:

Good level of I.T literacy with Microsoft office suite and programming
software packages (Asta Power Projects, MS Project, Project Commander).
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and encourage others to work in the best interests of the
project, the organisation and their client.What do next
