I am delighted to be supporting an award winning, family owned Contractor with a 100 year plus pedigree in their search for a Site Manager to head up fast-track Hotel and Leisure sector refurbishment schemes.

As a result of ongoing framework wins they we are seeking appropriately qualified candidates to cover schemes across the Southern region. Projects are focused within the Hotel and Leisure sector, with values ranging from £100k to multi £m

The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager and will work directly to oversee direct and subcontractor workforce to ensure that Projects are delivered to Programme, Budget and Quality targets.

Key duties will include:

Management and coordination of Subcontractor and direct workforce
Ensuring timely procurement of materials and equipment
Client liaison and reporting
Ensuring key programme, budget and quality targets are met or exceeded
Promoting a first class Health & Safety ethos across site
Ensuring a top quality product is delivered through effective snagging and defect rectification
Creating and managing relevant reports and site documentationKey skills and experience:

Current SMSTS and First Aid cert
Demonstrable experience of fast track schemes within Hotel / Leisure sector
Highly organised with strong IT skills
Comfortable at managing a diverse workforce
High levels of Health & Safety knowledge and implementation
Flexibility to work and travel as Projects require
Full UK driving license
