Our Client is looking for a Site Manager experienced in rainscreen cladding and high rise.

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a Cladding project in Milton Keynes installing rainscreen cladding to a high rise building.

Your duties will include:

* Putting men to work

* Talk box talks

* Make sure everyone adheres to health and safety.

* Daily work plan briefings

* Manage progress

* Paperwork and e-mails

* Implementing RAMs

For this Site Manager role it is essential you have :

* CSCS Card

* SMSTS

* Knowledge and experience using rainscreen cladding.

* Experience working on high rise buildings.

* Computer literate

* Local to site ( within 1 hour travel distance to MK1 )
