Job Role: Site/Logistics Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Day Rate: £(Apply online only) per day (via an umbrella company)

Duration: 15 month contract

Summary of the Site/Logistics Manager:

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager with a strong experience in managing logistical packages ideally on school projects.

Responsibilities for the Site/Logistics Manager:

Responsible for the safe running of (allocated) sites and monitor the implementation and control of safe working procedures
You will be responsible for managing sub-contractor schemes
Experience managing logistical packages
Typical works are an extension to a school
Prepare, Implement and Review risk assessments and method statements.
Manage/liaise with Sub-Contractors as appropriate.
Conduct depot and site Inductions.
Weekly Health & Safety & Environmental Inspections.
Issue Works Order and Permits.
Complete daily Site Diaries.
Ensure that all staff/labour are treated fairly, motivated and well managed.Requirements for the Site/Logistics Manager:

Degree educated OR equivalent experience
Relevant construction experience
Strong client liaising skills, with experience of liaising with clients
Experience on educational facilities projects
CSCS site manager card
