Gortmore are working with a leading contractor on a section of HS2 who are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a Civils background.

This an ideal opportunity for the correct candidate with a minimum of 6 months’ work.

The Candidate must have:

* Previous experience of working on Civils project’s working on roadworks, drainage, service installation, concrete protection slabs, installing kerbs etc.

* Must have excellent Knowledge of Total Stations/GPS.

* Manage and ensure QA documents are completed correctly.

* Must be competent in reading drawings and quantifying materials.

* Have excellent communication skills and in distributing project information to work colleagues.

* Have excellent problem solving capabilities
