A large international Tier 1 contractor are searching for an experienced Site Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Due to an incredibly busy pipeline of work in the Birmingham area, they need an additional Site Engineer to boost their technical team on a high profile project.

Having been established for over 50 years, they are widely known within the Civil Engineering and Construction sector for working on some of the most complex and technically challenging projects throughout the UK and further afield.

They require a Site Engineer for an enabling works package in Birmingham consisting of Highways / Utilities diversions and would be happy to consider anyone within any discipline within Civil Engineering.

Some more of your duties:

Accurately setting out the works

Promoting high health and safety standards throughout the site

Ensure equipment is calibrated and in date

Supervising trainee / assistant engineers if needed

Ensuring all site staff have a clear understanding of requirements

Assist the site management team to update KPIs and fill out progress report

About you:

HNC / D or Degree in Civil Engineering

Proficient with setting out and surveying techniques

Civil Engineering experience (Preferably Highways / Utilities)
