Connect Appointments are currently recruiting for a Shift Leader within the de-kit operation side for a well-established waste management company.

The job role will involve:

Managing a small team across three parts of the campus to help and support the de-kit operation as well as the below duties

Making sure all health and safety requirements are complied with
Ensuring all waste volumes are tracked and correctly recorded
Supporting ongoing projects
Haz spotting
Doing shift handovers
Training new starters
Reporting directly into the site supervisor – updates on absenteeism

The hours will be 14.00 – 22.00 Friday – Tuesday with overtime available (7.5 hours per week)

Hourly rate £11 per hour (including overtime paid at the same rate)
