Senior Town Planner/Planning Manager job in Buckinghamshire

Our client is a growing Regional Residential Developer branching out across the South East, due to continued expansion they are now looking for a Senior Town Planner/Planning Manager to join their planning team in the Buckinghamshire office.

This Regional Developer employs around 160 people and are now looking for a Senior Town Planner/Planning Manager to join the Planning team responsible for supporting the land and business development in-house teams, promoting sites, dealing with planning applications and providing implementation support. This role will be office based.

Role & Responsibilities

– Manage own caseload, delegation effectively when needed
– Preparation of planning appraisals and reports
– Promoting planning applications and securing permissions
– Team coordination both internal and sub-consultant
– Preparation of planning appeals
– Site promotion and representations

Required Skills & Experience

– Ideally 5+ years' experience in planning
– RTPI accredited degree
– Proven track record in gaining planning consent
– Ability to generate new business

What you get back

– £45k – £65k + bonus + package
