Job Title: Senior Site Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £55,000 + £4,000 car allowance, healthcare and pension

Grafton Recruitment are currently working with an innovative property company who are based in Hatfield. The group has an excellent track record in delivering high end, bespoke property and construction projects including Residential, Commercial, Hotels and Retail.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to hit the ground running on a 30 unit, 2-phase site.

Role Requirements

Proven experience in a Site Manager role
Up to date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Experience of working on new build and refurb projects
Clean driving licence with own vehicleThe Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of Site workers and ensuring strict site safety is adhered to at all times.

You will also maintain excellent site cleanliness and take pride in delivering top quality projects to very high standards.
