Senior Site Manager – Milton Keynes – February Start

Grafton Recruitment are currently working with an innovative property company who are based in Hatfield. The group has an excellent track record in delivering high end, bespoke property and construction projects including Residential, Commercial, Hotels and Retail.

I am looking for a Senior Site Manager with up to date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid who has experience working on small to medium new build residential projects. This site is in the region of 30 units in 2 phases. Experience on a broad range of projects would be ideal for this role as once this project completes, there will be other Commercial, Residential and Retail construction projects to move on to. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of Site workers and Site Managers and ensuring strict site safety is adhered to at all times. You will also maintain excellent site cleanliness and take pride in delivering top quality projects to very high standards.

Salary up £60,000
Start date February 2021
