I have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join one of the UK's largest Principal Contractors on a permanent basis.

My client delivers a range of construction projects, both new build and refurbishment across the East Midlands. The current project is a £57M residential / PRS scheme in Milton Keynes. The scheme comprises the construction of market housing flats of varying sizes and commercial space. Previous experience of working for a tier one contractor and also RC frame on large residential projects of £25M plus is advantageous but not essential.

As Senior Site Manager you will take full responsibility for production functions on contracts allocated by the Project Manager from award through to the issue of the Maintenance Certificate and to maintain and maximise quality of service and profitability. You will be an integral part of the project team and should hold a good construction management background. You will need to be an effective communicator with excellent people management skills. Being a team motivator with good delegation skills and a strong commercial awareness to ensure projects are built safely and economically to the agreed timescales and quality standards.
