Senior Site Manager – Birmingham, Sheffield, Herts, Bucks.

This multi-disciplined main contractor is bucking the trend during the pandemic and is looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team and enhance their reputation for delivering key projects, with quality & best practice at the forefront of everything they do. The company has projects starting in the Birmingham, Sheffield, Bucks and Herts areas.

The Opportunity
Working for a renowned main contractor that is delivering construction projects on a national scale, you will be working as a Senior Site Manager on large RC Frame projects thoughout the UK, reporting into the project manager, you will be a trusted No.2 on site,

The Role
The company is looking for Senior Site Managers who demonstrate the following experience & skills:

* Proven knowledge as a Senior Site Manager on RC Frame Construction Projects

* Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be a trusted no.2, with experience of managing teams of 30+ on projects up to £40m +

* Comfortable working in a dual capacity, handling both site & process management (fit-out intervals etc)

* Experience of multi-room development construction projects (PRS, BTR, Student Accommodation, or similar RC Framed projects

* High-storey build project experience, up to 6/7 storeys and higher.

* A first class communicator and people motivator!

This company is looking for senior site managers in a permanent capacity, but will be also interested in talking to freelancers with strong experience.
