£150.00 to £175.00 a day (Ltd Co/Umbrella)

Are you a Site Manager with experience in large projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position for a market leading Property Development company?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who specialise in Luxury Property Development. With a new project underway, they are looking to expand the team on a contract basis for a Senior Site Manager.
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working on large projects and who is looking for their next days based contract role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager for an immediately available, days based contract role for a market Property Development company.
The Role:

*Oversee the whole of the project, budget handling, liase with project managers
*14 Month Contract
*February start, contract role

The Person:

* Experience in large residential projects
*SMSTS, CSCS
