Options Resourcing are currently looking for a Construction Manager/ Senior Site Manager in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire for a period of 10 months.
This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your qualities with a well-established contractor who specialise in new build commercial projects.
As a suitable candidate you will ideally come from a strong trades background and have a demonstrated history of delivering multimillion commercial projects on time and within budget. This project is due to start asap.
Duties will include:
*Working to programme ensuring targets are achieved within time and to budget.
*Chairing meetings with supply chain.
*Managing strict health & safety and quality control procedures.
*Effective problem solving to eliminate any issues that could cause delays.
*Managing and organising site staff, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
*Organise and lead effective site meetings.
*Taking minutes.
*Effective programming.
*Managing documentation and record keeping of all relevant paperwork.
*Reporting to visiting Operations Manager.
In order to be considered as a Construction Manager, you must:
*Hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
*Capable and proven track record of overseeing projects of values circa £12 million + to completion.
*Live within commutable distance of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
*Excellent organisation and communication skills.
*Able to provide relevant working references.
