Position: Senior Site Manager – £45M New build

Salary: £52,500 – 62,500 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health

Region: Milton Keynes

My client is seeking a Senior Site Manager to be based on a £45m Design & Build scheme in Milton Keynes. The organisation is a main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from £10M to £75M in value. The company carry out work across all sectors; however their reputation is strong in the sector of Commercial/ Industrial/ Student accommodation projects.

Duties:

Proven Site Management experience on a similar sized scheme
Experience on RC frame High-rise residential schemes – Proven in this field
Comfortable being the main point of contact with the client/sub-contractors on site reporting back to the project manager
Responsible for quality of workmanship in all areas on site
Responsible for productivity on site
Promote a high health & safety awareness throughout the site
Regular liaison with sub-contractors on site
Co-ordination of sub-contractors
Control of works on site in conjunction with other members of site management team
Commercial awareness and control on site
Candidate Profile:

Construction background
Previous experience in a similar role
Significant supervisory experience
Able to maintain a positive and safe working environment for site based staff
