The role: –

Senior Site Engineer

Working on a £57m residential project based in the East Midlands.

I am currently in the market for a Senior Site Engineer working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor. You will be required to provide the primary setting out, line, level and start the project as required using industry standard Levelling Equipment. You will also be required, to oversee the technical aspects for the Engineering components of the project such as of sub-structure, drainage, underground services, frame, envelope and internal works in addition to any temporary works as well as keeping up contemporary records for the on-going and completed works, for measurements, reconciliation, and record purposes. Reporting into either the Site Manager or, Project Manager.

With the Project starting on site this year, there is a substantial programme of works and with the role being based out of their East Midlands region, there is a lot of other projects ongoing and in the pipeline. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects in the Building Sector, typically ranging from £10m to £100m.
