Senior Site Engineer – Milton Keynes – Flexible Salary

The company head office is based in Leicestershire, with a flagship project in mind based in Milton Keynes

The Role

You will be organising resources and directing management developments to achieve progressive completion to sufficient specification

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Plan week with Site Manager
Organising sections of site team to deliver programme and scope of works
Co-ordination of activities of subcontractors and trades to ensure efficiency
Monitoring quality of works
Ensure H&S procedures are adhered to at all times
Maintaining and completing records site records in line with company legislation
Identifying any potential issues ensuring successful project deliveryQualifications and Experience Required:

Appropriate CSCS Card
SMSTS
First Aid
Experience and track record of working on sites north of £25m in value
Experience of PRS Schemes and RC Frame
Good communication skills
Experience of working with a main contractor
Desirable to have a good working knowledge of Asta Teamplan or Power ProjectThe Ideal Candidate

You will be passionate, experienced with a drive to deliver excellence. Experience and track record within multi-storey, healthcare, commercial and/or high-rise projects would be preferable.
